About cailet
in 2014 we moved from a big city in Washington state to an itty bitty town of 212 people in rural Idaho. We are loving it. We are learning all sorts of new things and even learning about milking a goat and making cheese. My youngest is 13 years old and homeschooled after a debacle with the local school being unable to understand how he functions. He technically lives with Asperger's (although it is classified High functioning Autism now) and ADHD. After 3 weeks of the school not working with him we pulled him out and are homeschooling him. My daughter who is 14 Started homeschooling Jan 2016 because the school she was going to 22 miles away dropped choir and drama at semester with no plans of offering it in the next few years. I keep looking for more secular materials for homeschooling because even though we do have a bit of religion we feel that school is school and religion choices are the kids to decide. Anyways's that is us.

Rather, respects the aptitude of each individual homeschool parent to fully research any curriculum before acquiring it, to ensure that it holistically meets the educational, personal, and philosophical goals of each homeschooler.
