  1. Thanks. We had our meeting with the dev. ped., and I don't think she really understood my son. She testing his reading, and apparently he's reading at a 6th grade level, which really surprised me, (he just turned 7). I immediately thought "No wonder I can't find a language arts curriculum for him". She thinks he has ADHD and Sensory Processing Disorder. I disagree about the ADHD, and am unconvinced about the SPD. The more I read, the more I think he's just a quirky, gifted kid.

Although, and its members, have worked hard to compile a comprehensive directory of secular curricula, it does not attest that all materials advertised on our site, in our newsletters, or on our social media profiles are 100% secular. Rather, respects the aptitude of each individual homeschool parent to fully research any curriculum before acquiring it, to ensure that it holistically meets the educational, personal, and philosophical goals of each homeschooler.
