Hope you all enjoy your day. That's a lot of candy getting purchased/handed out in some places!

I just bought a few individually wrapped nice chocolate bars and chocolate chip cookies that we would like if no one came, and no one did, so we get to keep it all I made our kids do tricks (tell a joke, dance, sing a song etc.) to earn their treats, which they had fun doing.

Today is just disappearing in a never ending list of little chores, and I have not even opened my work file I need to complete by tomorrow.

Again, no trick-or-treaters. So we each had a couple of pieces of candy and watched an episode of "Stranger Things."

It's almost 3:30 am here now--dh had to leave early to catch a flight. So, I'm off for a very, very early morning run over at the local elementary school parking lot. At least THAT will be done for the day!

artmama, I love the cat painting!

We didn't have too many kids last night - about 65.

My husband was home earlier than usual so he watched The Mummy and Dracula Untold with the kids.
