    Happy Thanksgiving!
    Gobble Gobble

Hope everyone has a wonderful day, no matter how you celebrate it.

Going to be a small weird one. My 101 yr old Grandma decided she didn't want to come. So 7 of us. Normally we have 12.

Off to stuff a turkey, work on my other Grandma's house and winterize it. Then stuff myself with food.

    HUGS to everyone!

My grandmother had her dinner early in the day. So she go to the hospital to be with my grandfather. Her other grandchildren were in town, so we all got to have Thanksgiving together. She said the last time she had dinner with them the youngest was 3, she's now 19. It made me miss my cousin though. He left for England in October and we haven't heard from him since. We knew he wouldn't get a phone right away but we thought he'd at least get email since he's going to school there. Hopefully we're hear from him soon or I'll find a way to track down one of his brothers on facebook.
My husband is on a holiday shift today, I missed most of him being home earlier in the day because I was at my grandmother's house but he'll be home earlier tonight so that will be nice.

I think they say it's supposed to be better if you soak it in sherry.

We had a very low-key turkey day. My parents were over for 2 hours. Their puppy got put in her place by the kittens. Tech stripped (AGAIN). Amazon put the instant pot on sale for $50 so I got it without having to leave my house. Yay!

A&w, i've been wanting one for a while and ppl keep posting about it. ALMOST bought a farberware but saw Amazon had the instant pot for $10 more, so I went with the one I really wanted. :-) And, it means I won't have to buy a new crockpot to clean hardware in, just use my old one!
