My name is Anne and I have three boys; 3,4 and 6, that will be home schooled. I have no clue where to start so hopefully this will be a good start.

    Welcome, Anne.

It's been a looooong time since I had kids that age; other members here will be much more helpful. What I CAN tell you is that at their young age, play, field trips, being read to, story hours, etc are the perfect "curriculum."

Homeschooled two kids for 11 years, now trying to pay it forward

Son -- a Purdue University senior majoring in Computer Science, minoring in math, geology, anthropology, and history

Hi there. The only one I have left at home doing homeschooling is my 5yo. He will be 6 in January and is currently working at a kindy - first grade level but also has speech apraxia and goes to speech therapy weekly through the public schools.

Is there something in particular you have questions about? Or are you just looking for general how-to-get-started-homeschooling information? Have any of your kids been in school or preschool up until this point?

Welcome! Let us know how we can help. Right now it is all fun and games! Except for handwriting and reading practice, you dont really need to separate your kids activities. (Maybe math too.)
Do you need help choosing products to use to cover your academic subjects (language arts, math, social studies, and science)?

My spelling was fine, then my brain left me.
