    Exclamation Those Doggone Ellipses

    Those Doggone Ellipses
    cooltext515866788.jpgYou know them, right? Those dad-burned dots that many of us use in every other sentence?

    Well, here at SHS we must keep them in their place. The vBulletin forum software that we use does not appreciate ellipses in thread titles. In fact, it takes so much offense that it will basically lock us out of threads that use ellipses.

    So, in your posts, ellipses are fine, wonderful, super, and great........................

    SEE?

    But in thread titles, they are a no-no. Kapish???

    Gosh, it's been too long since we've had a good discussion about ellipses...
    Would such a discussion be described correctly as an elliptical discussion?
