    Default Good Minecraft servers

We have started letting DS play on servers when DH is with him. They have an hour each night of fun playing together.

Im wondering what servers other kids play on? Ones without griefers, ones where language and attitude is not bad.

Here are DS two favorite servers that he plays mini games on.

    Mineplex
    us.mineplex.com

    TheHive
    eu.hivemc.com
    Homeschooling DS13, DS6.

My children like the US and EU Mineplex. (They like EU better because there is less lag and less cursing.)

They also like mc.hypixel.net. They said it is mostly mini-games so there is no griefing and they haven't noticed bad language (that doesn't mean it isn't there...they may not have noticed and I stopped sitting and watching.) My son said it is similar to Mineplex.

You might want to check your library. Ours has a Minecraft server and the kids can build without worry of someone wrecking their builds. If someone griefs, they are kicked off.

As a kid who plays Minecraft myself, mc.hypixel.net is the most popular one! It has a ton of variety and the chat filters are hard to get by, you can go into your child's profile settings and manage the chat filters, friend requests, and etc. Hypixel calls these settings 'Security Levels' And for me, The Medium and Maximum levels work best to avoid toxic people!

This site is an INCLUSIVE community that recognizes that homeschoolers choose secular homeschool materials and resources for a variety of reasons and to accomplish a variety of personal and educational goals. Although SecularHomeschool.com, and its members, have worked hard to compile a comprehensive directory of secular curricula, it does not attest that all materials advertised on our site, in our newsletters, or on our social media profiles are 100% secular. Rather, SecularHomeschool.com respects the aptitude of each individual homeschool parent to fully research any curriculum before acquiring it, to ensure that it holistically meets the educational, personal, and philosophical goals of each homeschooler.
