Default Recommendations for a Consultant to develop Secular Curriculum

We are first time homeschoolers for my daughter in the 7th/8th grade level. I was wondering if anyone had they consultant they would recommend to develop a secular curriculum. I am looking for someone that is quite familiar with many of the programs that are discussed here including Saxon, AOPS, Oak Meadow, Excellence in Literature, Lightning Literature, Supercharged Science, CK-12, Exploration Education, Bravewriter, IEW, Coverstory, the Big History Project, and the Great Courses.

Oak Meadow has a program to help you work through their curriculum. Also, Global Village School has a program where you can create a custom curriculum and they have teachers who can help you.

Are you looking for someone to pick what you are going to use in the fall? Nobody is going to be able to pick the right one out for you snd your darling quite like you will.

If you can share what you are envisioning, we can all help with suggestions of similar stuff that has worked for us. The only math program I have used is Singapore; there are certain flavors of homeschoolers that I would suggest it first, and ones I would let people with more similar kids / learning styles recommend instead.

We have the sort of professional assistance you are asking for at our charter school - our facilitator knows kids who have used assorted programs, and what is popular.... but it really comes down to what I want to try, what *feels* best with my judgement.

Why not ask us first though, before spending money to have someone else pick stuff out for you? Otherwise all we have to talk about is organizing our closets, garages, and talk about our health problems like old people do.
