Sadie's Interactive Math Notebook

Rate this Entry
We've completed our first full unit of math using an interactive math notebook. So far, my daughter and I are both enjoying math so much more than ever before! It does take me a little bit of time to decide what kind of printable/foldable I want to use for each lesson and get it prepared, but it is so worth it to me to see her actually enjoying math class.

Very creative and a wonderful way for artistically inclined children to compile and condense mathematical concepts. A while ago, I was trying to come up with a way to compile basic arithmetic operations and concepts and this hits the nail on the head. Thank you!!

Thank you very much! DS9 would rather chew off his own arm than make an interactive notebook, but stealth teacher mom here sees several valuable learning tools to incorporate into our lessons, especially regarding word problems.
