I'm finally getting around to making Christmas/Solstice/whatever presents - a family cookbook. I have a bunch of recipes using coconut flour. I want to suggest substitutions for people using regular old wheat flour, or at least a more readily available substitute.

Anyone have a tried and tested suggestion?

From what I'm reading, substituting wheat flour 1:1 and decreasing the eggs should work. Has anyone tried this and have a formula that works relatively consistently?
