I started a new thread in the links section, but then forgot to add tags. Is there a way to add those on after I've already published the post?

Scroll down to the very bottom of the thread's page, go to add/edit tags. :)

Alas, the auto-tags are pretty useless, and clutter topics up. :(

Thanks for the question, AND the response. I'm sure other people are curious about how tags work, too.

Thanks for asking about this. I had not thought about it much. I just edited some tags this morning! :)

Ok, I found an issue with tags.

I wanted to take a post "ETC" for Explode the Code.

It won't accept it because it is too common. (Though there are lots of other words that are tagged that are too common to be useful.)

Can we add this to the "ok to be used as a tag" list?

I had been adding /modifying tags for a while, but then the auto tag spamming took over, and I gave up. Looking at the tags for this thread is pretty typical of what we get.
Not useful for cataloging or categorizing threads (which would be a great help for when site veterans want to find all the threads related to ExplodeTheCode, SingaporeMath, or Wiggly8YearOldBoys).
