This might have been posted here before, it is from 2013, but someone posted this on one of my SpEd forums and it made me smile.

Just curious, anyone think she is using Oak Meadow?

I always want to see the follow-up... is she still homeschooling her son?

I also noticed the article addressed that she was using non-religious materials, that what she did had accountability (turning in reports each month to an undisclosed authority), outsourcing the teacher for certain subjects, and that her kid still had interaction with other kids. Hitting all the hot spots non-homeschoolers cite against homeschooling. (Also nice to note the continued interaction with the school district for therapies... allaying that fear of diminished support.)
