My Boy is doing a survey - who is your favorite superhero, from the list below. If "other" please post in the comments. Thank you!!

Boy says, "Please reply!" :D

Captain Hammer would be my first choice, but if I have to go with traditional superheroes, it would be Wonder Woman if I get to choose a female, or Iron Man if I have to choose a male.

I choose Wonder Woman. Sadly, I am not even familiar with all those X-men and Fantastic Four characters. A sure sign of getting old - you start losing track of cultural references....

For other I would choose Sailor Moon just because I'm an Anime geek :P

But for this list it would be Wolverine for male and Rogue for female, even tho she's not on the list.

Mockingbird of "West Coast Avengers" (later "Avengers West Coast"). She was an agent with S.H.I.E.L.D. for a while and married that annoying Hawkeye.

Dh said Batman, Dd said Superman, and Ds said Ironman. I really could care less, but if I had to pick I think I'd go with Wolverine because his name is Logan... And he's pretty.

I wonder if Doctor Who could be considered a superhero? :D

My husband and daughter both said Captain America when I asked them.

Thanks to all who have answered so far! FYI - the list is way smaller than we would have liked, but the poll setting only allows 10 choices. I suggested limiting it to ONE Fantastic Four character to make room for some other, more familiar heroes (ie Superman, Wonder Woman, Iron Man), but ... those were his picks. I considered adding Dr. Who! I really did! But I figured, it's Boy's survey.

Boy asks, "Why does the crazy person who thinks Wolverine is pretty like the name 'Logan'?" (I think he's pretty, too.)

Murph's Mom - His fist is not the hammer, you know. ;)

Dd - Susan Storm (Invisible Woman - not girl, Woman). DH - Spiderman. Me - Wolverine (specifically the Hugh Jackman version). Ds - do Ghostbusters count?

Boy hasn't seen Ghostbusters yet, so I guess not :( We have the original first 10 issues of FF out of the library, and annoyingly, Susan Storm names herself, when the gang is naming themselves, "Invisible Girl." I'm with you; I'd prefer "Woman." And Reed Richards is pretty darn full of himself, IMO, because he names himself "Mr. Fantastic." Why not "Stretchy Dude" or "Rubber Man"?

In the car on the way back from dinner out last night, Boy mentioned that he hoped Wolverine (his paper-bag puppet of Wolverine) was in our house when we got home. DH said, "Hm. I'd be a little disturbed if he were there." I admitted I would be, too, unless it was the movie version. DH, pouting: "Well, that would be even more disturbing. If he's wet, I'm calling the police!"
