I just got back from hearing her speak, fabulous! But during the question and answer she got a question about how to encourage/help aspiring writers. She recommended that young aspiring writers put their work on this website. She said it is supportive, they get feedback from readers/other writers and can be anonymous, all helpful to teenage writers. Here is the link:

I adore her work--lucky you! I just devoured the MaddAddam series in about two weeks.
