Hi, I just found the site, and I'm looking forward to learning from everyone's experiences.
I'm planning on homeschooling my 2.5 year old daughter when the time comes. For now, we're just playing and having fun. I'm a bit of an obsessive planner, and I've started getting ready way early.

Welcome to the group.

This is my second time around, but I have been planning since birth this time. Every year I map out their entired education, just to do it again the next year. I just love researching and seeing the big picture, even though I know that view will change a million times before this is done ! ;-) I also have a 2.5 year old daugher.

Welcome, Stages!! Plenty of pre-planners around these parts! ;) We even have a group just for those with preschoolers (http://www.secularhomeschool.com/group.php?groupid=14)...drop in and join if you can. I'm glad you found us...thanks for taking the time to introduce yourself. We hope to get to know you better in the days to come!

Welcome to the site, Stages. Nothing wrong with a bit of pre-planning. Playing and having fun sounds about right for a 2 year old! Enjoy.

I'm new as well. I have a seven year old and a four year old; it feels like we've been homeschooling for years because of all the preplanning I've done. :) I'm sure we're both going to find a lot of helpful information here. I've already found some inclusive playgroups in my area. yay.
