    Default Is anyone familiar with CISV (Children's International Summer Villages)?

    Is anyone familiar with CISV (Children's International Summer Villages)?
    I met someone recently who suggested I look into CISV for my children. Her children participated in this group years ago and said it was a great experience.
    I looked online and didn't see any religious connection.
    I also searched SHS, but found no threads about the organization.

    I am no help other than you've triggered a memory. I grew up with a bunch of kids who went, way back in the 70s though. Just looked at their website and I swear their logo has not changed.

    I looked at the entry on Wikipedia. They are partnered with the UN. There is some interesting history.

    Yes, the woman who told me about them is from Beverly Shores. Her, now adult, children attended the MC chapter. When I checked their site, it didn't look like there has been much activity.
