My son doesn't love the traditional puzzles, but he loves to put together Lego sets. I try and buy some of the smaller sets for him to work on. He loves to taken them apart and put them together. My husband is helping him put together a TIE fighter when he is home from work everyday.

My daughter loves floor puzzles and I find her some online too. She will sit all day and work them if I would let her. She worked a 65 piece alone yesterday.

I'm returning to this thread a year later with some news I hope you find interesting:

I'm still doing Puzzle Your Kids, sending out kid-friendly puzzles to my subscribers every week... but now I'm giving away those puzzles for free. One each week. Just go to puzzleyourkids.com, put yourself on the mailing list, and boom: Every Friday morning you'll get a word puzzle your kids will love solving. I hope you join this rapidly growing puzzle community, and I hope you and your kids enjoy the puzzles!
