Our final free-trial Friday kicks off by featuring four more terrific programs that you may or may not have tried before. This is your opportunity to test out these secular curricula and programs for yourself before deciding if they are right for your homeschool.

CSJumpstartr is a web-based learning environment that introduces kids to coding in the popular Scratch graphical programming language. Kids engage with coding by creating working projects from our content-driven templates. It's project-based computer science. Every template is supported by interactive online help to guide the child every step of the way and comprehensive organizers and documentation to help them dive deeper. Customize-the-code challenges lead children to extend the templates through their own coding. Register for your free CSJumpstartr trial.

Innovations in Online Education provides synchronous "face-to-face" online instruction, live, with a state licensed teacher highly qualified in the subject content. To receive your free trial (sit in on a live lesson), please email Innovations with the desired subject area and they will forward you a link good to sit in on a live lesson with one of their teachers and the scheduled time of that class.

All About Reading Pre-reading teaches Print Awareness, Phonological Awareness, Letter Knowledge, Listening Comprehension, and Motivation to Read. Review and hands-on activities are suggested with every lesson. As a supplement to the Pre-reading program, the Feed the Puppy Alphabet Game was created to help young students discover the alphabet. This game is provided as a free demo of some of the activities you'll enjoy throughout the All About Reading programs!

Get started with a free homeschool subscription to Vocabulary Spelling City for building spelling and vocabulary skills as well as reading comprehension. You can use any of the thousands of word lists related to every academic subject, or even create your own. The word lists can be used in engaging games that allow your kids to read, hear, say, and write words; see words broken down into syllables and sounds, and learn how they are used in the context of sentences. Need more? A premium membership gives you access to even more games, the ability to track your child's progress over time, and a completely ad-free learning environment.
