    They would never have a state tampon brand! That would be favoring one corporation over another and interfering in the free market. That would be blasphemy!

    Editorial in the Baltimore Sun requesting more public school access

    I don't really see the benefit of allowing dual enrollment with the public school. The only thing I could see is maybe a band class but I know there are some options showing up locally for learning instruments.
