  • Weekly Poll: Have you made changes to your school year thus far?

poll%20icon-jpgSo, have you made changes to your school year so far?

We are approx. 2 months into the new school year for many of us. We have gone long enough to know if things are going to work or not work. We know when we need to find something else instead of what we thought was a great curriculum 2 months ago.

I don't think that there is ANY of the original curriculum left in our house. Wait, I take that back....we still have the SCIENCE that I picked out. JEEZ! The rest of it has been tossed, tweaked, upended, changed and bamboozled. I had it ALL worked out, it was PERFECT, it was GOLDEN and then we started school and found out the truth about how "perfect" each one was for our family.
Math, History, Writing and Spelling have all been changed in one way or another....
And I am sure we will end up doing it some more before we are satisfied with it.

So, have you changed up your perfectly planned school year yet? Or did you have it right the first time?
