• Blogging at SHS.com - All You Ever Wanted to Know

    Many members of SHS.com also happen to be bloggers. Some host their blogs at Wordpress, Blogger, or Homeschool Blogger. Others host their blogs on their own domain.

    But for those who are starting new blogs, or want to have a blog focusing on secular homeschooling, you might want to host your next blog right here at SecularHomeschool.com!!

    Starting a new blog is as easy as clicking "Create New Post" on the main Blogs Page

    The blog interface couldn't be more user-friendly. You simply pick a title for your blog post and start writing! The formatting tools are very similar to what you would find on any word processing software, but if you have any questions about what one of the icons does, just hover your cursor over it to have it identified.

    • Edit your permissions and privacy settings
    • Check your blog statistics

    4) It's Subscribable
    It is easy to subscribe to any member's blog at SHS.com. Just go to their blog page (look for the Member Blogs menu under "Blogs" to find blogs by specific members) and look for the small RSS feed icon at the top of the user's blog page. That way you will be updated each time the user updates their blog. (you can also subscribe in the sidebar to have update notifications sent directly to your site inbox)
