In our local communities, we are often minorities WITHIN a minority. Not only are we homeschoolers, but we are SECULAR homeschoolers!!
SecularHomeschool.com aims to be a place where secular homeschoolers can be "the big fish in the little pond." A place where you can connect with other like-minded homeschoolers. We hope that this will be your home base for discovering articles about secular homeschooling, sharing blog posts about your experiences, finding like-minded friends, and discussing what is on your mind.
But that is only the beginning. Secularhomeschool.com is your playground. A place to share the things that are important to you. A place to create and join groups that share your interests. A place to give and get advice. There are no limits to what you can do at Secular Homeschool, so join today and help build the community you have always wanted.
Since the current statistics show that the percentage of homeschoolers who are faith based is in the high double-digits, we have probably all rubbed shoulders with at least a few of them. So weigh in on the poll and let us know your overall feeling about those in the homeschool majority.
The software that we have transitioned to here at SecularHomeschool.com makes it super easy to create and write your own blog. To begin, simply click on "Blogs" in the top navigation menu, then click on "Create New Post" in the top, right-hand corner of the blogs page. Clicking on this will take you to your very own blog page!
